if whoever made xpert is not willing to give the source, then you would need a reverse decompiler, and someone with a very good knowledge of MIPS asm

to the poster above. we arnt trying to make xpert2 a plugin for psp we are trying to make a plugin for xpert2,so that we could extrat the data.bin files.

making xpert2 into a plugin would be almost rediculously hard as you would need the source, and then a competant programmer to convert it into a prx.
